aerial yoga app™ brings Aerial Yoga to the people. It provides a studio-like experience in the comfort of your home or wherever you decide to hang your hammock.
A Pose Directory with photos and videos is provided for free to get you started or to practice your poses. Poses can be viewed by levels. Learn pose's benefits, instructions, modifications, variations and cautions. Weekly classes with different themes are available for purchase and a store inside the app, will provide you with all your aerial needs.
To further enhance your experience we are bringing the Aerial Yoga Community together inside a network where you can share stories, tips and photos with your fellow Yogis.
